Bites and Brews has become one of my favorite segments to shoot for both Carnaval Maine and the Live + Work in Maine Open over the past few years. I’ve always loved the visuals that come with shooting food, and when that food is local to Portland, that’s even better. For this year’s focused pairing, we met with the fine folks from Navis Cafe and Shipyard Brewing Company to discuss their selections. I was really excited to get an inside look at how this year’s beer was made as part of the process.
